1.4.3 <Link>

A <Link> element represents a reference to an entity that is not contained within the Ives document but which is relevant to the element containing the <Link>. This may be a reference to a single binary object such as an image or audio file, or it could be a link to a website that provides further information or some service relevant to the containing element.
