1.6.3.1.1 Block level elements

A block element can contain a mixture of text and inline elements.

A paragraph of text

,
,

A heading. The three levels of heading correspond to three levels of importance and define a hierarchical structure to the document. Please note that while an
is the most important definition within the markup block, it should not necessarily be utilised for the title of the description which should be handled by the
element in the containing
.
