1.9.3.1 <DescriptionReference>

A <DescriptionReference> may be utilised anywhere that a <Description> element () may be used and it instructs the Consumer to utilise the contents of the appropriate <DescriptionDefinition> element () as linked by the supplierDefinitionId attribute.
