1.3.5 <PerformanceLinks>

The <PerformanceLinks> is an optional element that defines a set of zero or more links that are applicable to the contained performances. To resolve the links relevant to a single performance, the first defined <PerformanceLinks> contained within the <Performance>, or the containing <Schedule> or the containing <Event> is used. If there is no <PerformanceLinks> defined or the first one that is defined is empty then there are no links dedicated to the given performance.

Attributes

none

May Contain

<Link>
optional and repeatable
<LinkReference>
optional and repeatable
If the <PerformanceLinks> is empty then it explicitly defines no link definitions for the targetted <Performance> elements. This can be useful when the default <PerformanceLinks> does define some rules, but you want to explicit reject them for a subset of performances within the dataset.

Contained Within

<Event>
optional. If defined then it will provide the links for all the performances that do not have a more specific <PerformanceLinks> defined on their containing <Schedule> or on the <Performance> itself.
<Schedule>
optional. If defined then it will provide the links for all the contained performances in the <Schedule> that do not themselves contain a <PerformanceLinks>.
<Performance>
optional. If defined then it will provide the links for the given performance
