An non-structured representation of a <PersonName> where the entire name is represented in a single element, eg ``Sir Alex Fiennes MD''. This may be used as an alternative to a structured name, or it may be specified in addition to a structured name if there is a specific way of combining the structured elements that is not obvious to a computer.
