1.8.3 <PersonName>
A <PersonName> element contains either an explicitly structured or
unstructured name of an individual.

The <PersonName> must define at a minimum either the <FamilyName>
or the <FormattedName>. Both is also permitted. If you wish to sort
a set of <PersonName> elements then (<FamilyName>, <FirstName>) would
be the preferred choice, otherwise <FormattedName> if the structured
data is not defined.

- optional. The optional
prefix to a structured <PersonName>, eg ``Sir''
- <FirstNames>
- optional. The first name(s)
(if any) of the <PersonName>. If there is more than one first name
then they should both be stored in a single <FirstNames> element with
purely space separation.
- <FamilyName>
- compulsory. The family
or surname of the <PersonName>. If the surname has multipe parts (eg
double or triple barrelled) then they should all be stored in a single
<FamilyName> element.
- <NameSuffix>
- optional. The optional
postfix to a structured <PersonName>, eg ``MD''
